Support Email Validation

For increased security, it's now necessary that you email support questions from an email address that's registered on your site. If you send a support request from another address, it will be kept in limbo while a response is returned to you. Clicking the link on that response will take you to a page where you can provide your logon information, allowing you to use your secondary email address in the future.
